Our beautiful holiday home, with its own tennis court and pool, is set in the stunning countryside of northern Umbria, close to the border with Tuscany. With many of the world's most famous tourist destinations within easy reach, Belvedere is the perfect base for exploring this fascinating region of Italy.

After being abandoned for many years, Belvedere has been lovingly restored to create a very welcoming and beautifully appointed holiday villa, where groups of up to 12 can be accommodated in great comfort, whether for relaxing summer holidays with family and friends, or for sightseeing trips and family celebrations at any time of year.

From the glories of Florence and Assisi to the delights of our local towns of Sansepolcro, Città di Castello and Anghiari, there is so much to see and do that many of our guests return year after year.  If you are tempted by what you see and would like to know more, please contact us and we will be delighted to give you further information or confirm availability (see below under Latest News for outline availability).
