We are sorry to announce that Belvedere is no longer available for holiday lettings

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rental cost is payable to confirm a booking, with the balance due eight weeks before the start of the rental period.

Prices include:

• Weekly cleaning and linen change, including pool towels
• Electricity, gas for cooking and hot water
• An initial supply of wood for winter rentals
• Broadband internet use
   

Prices exclude:

• Central heating when required (metered and charged at cost)
• Extra wood for winter rentals if required
• Travel Insurance
• Inventory deposit
• Use of telephone
