A beautiful garden with olives, vines and fruit trees surrounds Belvedere on all sides.  The areas around the house, tennis court and pool are planted with a wide variety of flowering and scented plants, including herbs for the kitchen:

• Swimming pool: 12m x 6m, ranging in depth from 0.9m to 2.4m.  Wide paved surround with diving board and poolside shower.  Umbrellas and plenty of comfortable sunloungers and reclining chairs. Usually open from May to end September, or by arrangement, with heating available early and late season (please note that we cannot guarantee a minimum temperature)
• Pool terrace: Raised terrace overlooking the pool, shaded by a pergola planted with honeysuckle and jasmine.
• Pool house:  With table football and selection of garden toys.
• Tennis court: With acrylic surface and generous runback.
• Tennis court terrace: With giant chessboard and pergola with vines.
• Covered Loggia: Adjoining the house. Table seating up to 14 and original bread oven.
• Kitchen Terrace: Shaded by a pergola with ivy and wisteria.
• The Capanna: With water purification plant processing water from our own well. This former hay barn has now been converted into a self-contained apartment, largely for our own use (but note that it would never be occupied by another group, including ourselves, when the main house is booked).
• Tobacco Drying Barn (closed to guests): Garden storage.
• Covered parking:  For three cars, with ample additional parking.
